Client accessing folders through the Web Portal cannot create folders, the pop-up menu says Loading, and never loads the menu.

None of our Clients can create folders inside folders they have permissions to perform this task. The Pop-up menu opens and says loading but never goes any further.

I have tried checking permissions but they appear to have Create Folder Rights ??
